How long until I receive the delivery?

Shipping cost is 30 ₪. For purchases over 550 ₪, shipping is free. Delivery time is up to 7 business days.

I want to exchange or return the delivery, what should I do?

You can exchange or return the item within 2 business days. A courier will be arranged by us at a cost of 30 ILS for each direction. Contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will coordinate the return or exchange for you.

I am having trouble purchasing through the website, is there another way to order?

Yes. We are available for any questions, and orders can also be placed by phone or via WhatsApp.
